Conveniently located in downtown Charleston, one block from General Division CAMC, we offer ample parking and easy access to and from Interstates 64, 79, and 77. We are proud to be a fully accredited prosthetic and orthotic patient care center. Accreditation was awarded by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc.

Mountain State Prosthetics can provide in-house fabrication of most prosthetic and orthotic appliances, and we are a factory trained repair center for most myo-systems. We currently offer new state of the art technology from Cypress Adaptive, called the Symphonie Aqua Casting System. We are also now happy to partner with Open Bionics and offer the high-tech “Hero Arm”.
